What exactly is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows consumers to spread the cost of their purchases across four equal payments, billed biweekly, without needing to pay anything at the time of purchase.
How can I use Afterpay instore?
All you need to do is download the Afterpay mobile app and set up your Afterpay Card. Go to the ‘In-Store’ tab and follow the instructions to add the Afterpay Card to your digital wallet. When you’re ready to pay, simply tap to pay using the Afterpay Card with Apple Pay or Google Pay at a selected Ingham Dealership.
How do I keep track of my Afterpay purchases?
You can monitor your purchases and payments by accessing your Afterpay account through the website or app, which gives you a dashboard of all your transaction details.
What options are available if I can’t make an Afterpay payment due to financial hardship?
Afterpay provides support for customers experiencing financial difficulty, offering potential alternative payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
*Afterpay is only available on vehicle servicing at select Ingham auto centres. Ingham (and its associated businesses) are unable to offer Afterpay payments for the purchase of new or used vehicles. Other exclusions may apply to parts and accessories.
Ingham Surcharge applies. Ingham charges a 2% surcharge for Afterpay transactions. The amount of this surcharge is detailed during the checkout process and is subject to change.
Afterpay account limit in New Zealand for a consumer is a maximum of $3,000.
