^To qualify for the $1,000 prezzy card draw a deal must be signed with the deposit taken. The winner will be drawn on the 26th of January and notified via email or phone call. In the event a winner cannot be contacted within a week of the prize draw, a new winner will be redrawn on the same terms as the original draw. Ingham Nissan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time.
