Terms and Conditions:
- Competition entry is for the registered owner of a Honda vehicle serviced or repaired at an Authorised Honda outlet (Honda Store, Honda Service Store or Honda Service Centre) between the dates of 15 July 2024 and 31 March 2025.
- If the registered owner is not an individual (for example, is a company or a trust), assigning the prize is at the discretion of a representative of the registered owner.
- ‘Service’ means a scheduled/ periodic maintenance service package of UltraCare, TotalCare, StartCare, BasicCare or a general repair. It does not include Warrant of Fitness or Registration.
- ‘Honda vehicle’ means any New, Used or Imported Honda vehicle of any age or model.
- The prize will be drawn on 7 April 2025 at Honda New Zealand Limited. Honda New Zealand’s decision is full and final.
- The winner will be contacted on or after 7 April 2025.
- The winner will be contacted directly by Honda New Zealand by email or phone.
- If the winner cannot be reached after three working days of attempted contact, the prize will be re-drawn on 14 April 2025.
- The winner will be announced on Honda New Zealand social media channels.
- The winner agrees that the winner’s first name and the city or town in which they live will be posted on the Honda New Zealand website, Honda New Zealand social media channels and may be used for additional promotions (physical and email address will not be included in either scenario).
- The winner will provide agreement prior to use by Honda New Zealand of any photographs of the winner with their prize.
- Honda New Zealand accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize for reasons beyond its control.
- Honda New Zealand makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, Honda New Zealand is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the Competition or acceptance of the Prize.
- Honda New Zealand reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Prize
The prize consists of
- Two (2) return economy flights from New Zealand to Honolulu, Hawaii.
- Four (4) nights’ twin share accommodation in Honolulu, Hawaii.
- Airline and accommodation are to be determined by Honda New Zealand.
- The prize must be redeemed before 31 October 2025.
- Transfers to the closest New Zealand departure point, alterations to the prize package, airport costs, government costs, stopovers, travel insurance, additional meals, spending money, visas, vaccinations plus any other associated expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner.
- Winner and companion must travel together on the same itinerary and dates.
- The prize cannot be transferred for other goods, services or redeemed for cash.
Eligibility
The prize consists of
- The prize winner and their companion must have eligible passports and meet visa entry requirements to Hawaii.
- This prize is available to New Zealand citizens and residents only.
- Employees of Honda New Zealand or employees of Honda Agents or Partners (operating Honda Stores, Service Stores or Service Centres) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Transferability
- Non-acceptance of these conditions will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
