1. NV TRANSPORTATION TO THE NV PREPARATION AREA

Vehicle doesn’t start, transfer to the mechanical worshop
Fit the consumer cut-out fuse(s) Master3 (if tachograph).
Deactivate SuperSleep mode Kangoo2, Megane4, Koleos2, Zoe, Master3, Duster
Check the front/rear windscreen wipers

2. REMOVE VEHICLE PROTECTION – AFTER CLEANING, CHECK EXTERNAL ASPECT AND OPENINGS

Remove vehicle protection
Remove the protections, rubber and adhesives
Clean the bodywork
Bodywork (damaged, alignment, etc.)
Paintwork (scratches, stains, cracks, etc.)
Bumper (paintwork, alignment, scratches, etc.)
Rear view mirrors and windows/windscreens (stains, cracks in the windows/windscreens, etc.)
Check the operation of door openings

3. ENGINE COMPARTMENT 12V BATTERY

Check state of 12V battery
Mounting and connection of 12V battery cables
Visual aspect of the battery (trace of oil, evidence of impact)
Fit battery cover (if any)

CAR AGE: If car age is >1year : Transfer it to the workshop to replace the 12V battery

4. TYRES AND WHEELS

Check valve caps are present
Check and adjust the tyre pressures according to the model.
Reset the tyre pressure monitoring system.
Check that the emergency spare wheel is correctly inflated (depending on model)

5. VEHICLE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT

Check luggage compartment light Front/Rear**
Check wheel trims, plug of wheel, and antenna are present
Check that the inflating kit, and tyre repair aerosol are present**
Check the tool kit / towing lug is present**

Check state of 12V battery charge, and recharge it 30 minutes minimum (all models)

(Reminder: in case of battery alert, charge battery until Renault approved battery charger shows a smiley face!!) ”

Clean the instrument panel and check interior details
Fit registration plates and rego labels
Clean the vehicle (If necessary)
Clean the windows
Remove all protections except driver’s seat protection
Vacuum clean the interior and the luggage compartment.(If necessary)
Check the conformity of the vehicle documentations (model, language, exhaustivity)
Check for the spare set of keys or cards
Fit equipment or accessories that can be mounted by the preparation agent depending on model (wheel or exhaust trims, plug of wheel, cradle, antenna, upper layers, diag plug cover, etc.)
Check the installation of all accessories requested by the customer, that can’t be fit by the preparation agent (ref. NV Delivery Quality Sheet)
Check the fuel level and complete it if necessary (reserve fuel indicator off)
Check the AdBlue level and fill in at the maximum if necessary (Gauge indicator at the maximum and/or no light indicator on)
Treat non-conformities that can be treated by the preparation agent (e.g. scratches which can be removed with polishing) For matte paintings, all repairing must be done in the workshop; ban to use abrasive like polish.
