We only stock top-quality cars at Ingham Mitsubishi, so we can confidently offer Ingham Certified benefits on all used cars displayed on our yard.
What does the AA Roadside Assistance include?
3 free callouts, such as jump starting your vehicle, key lockout, tyre change, delivery of fuel, temporary side glass replacement and recovery to the nearest repairer. AA T&Cs apply.
What are the conditions for the free WoFs?
Applicable and claimable if the vehicle is serviced at Ingham Mitsubishi and has not skipped or missed a service. Your vehicle needs to be serviced in line with manufacturers’ requirements (e.g. every 10,000km or 12 months / 15,000km or 12 months, whichever comes first.)
What are the special vehicle fixed price services costs?
SMALL (small cars, small SUVs) $199, MEDIUM (sedans, medium SUVs) $239, LARGE (vans, utes, 4X4, large SUVs) $319 and PRESTIGE (sports, luxury, euro) $369. Excludes additional parts and labour.*

AA Roadside Assistance and WoFs
2 years of free WoF inspections and 1 year AA Roadside Assistance is only applicable and claimable if the vehicle is serviced at Ingham Mitsubishi and has not skipped or missed a service.
The Free WoF Inspection covers the cost of the inspection only, and only a total of 2 inspections are valid within the 2-year period. Should the vehicle fail the WoF for any reason, the repair costs of the vehicle will be covered by the vehicle owner.
Your vehicle needs to be serviced in line with manufacturers’ requirements (e.g. every 10,000km or 12 months / 15,000km or 12 months, whichever comes first.)
The 1 year AA Roadside Assistance is run and operated by AA. AA terms and conditions apply.
Two Year Fixed Service Costs
The minimum recommended service interval for all Ingham Mitsubishi used vehicles is 12 months. If a vehicle has a balance of factory warranty we strongly recommend servicing is completed as per factory recommendations.
The cost of an Ingham Mitsubishi used car service is as follows (you can also upgrade to a Premium service for an additional fee):

The cost of an Ingham Mitsubishi used vehicle service is subject to change without notice.
The Ingham Mitsubishi used vehicle fixed price service offer is not intended to replace a recommended factory service. Ingham Mitsubishi will provide a quote for any additional recommended work associated with a vehicle’s specific factory service requirements.
If during service a vehicle is deemed to require repair or replacement of any parts, additional charges will apply and the customer will be notified before any further work is carried out.
Ingham Mitsubishi will always quote to use genuine parts and consumables wherever possible as their quality is trusted and preferred. Non-genuine alternatives can be provided upon customer’s request and availability.
Ingham Mitsubishi used vehicle fixed price service offers excludes wear and tear items. Any work identified as needed resulting from normal wear and tear will be an additional cost.
Written authorisation from the customer is required for any additional work required.
Bookings are essential. A vehicle’s first service should be pre-booked at the time of vehicle delivery, or soon after. If pre-booked, our Ingham Mitsubishi customer contact centre will send a reminder to customers in the weeks prior to their booking date to reconfirm the time and date of the appointment.
