- Ingham must have a current email address and contact name allocated to each trade company.
- Only applicable on Genuine parts purchased from each franchised location.
- Sales Ledger accounts must be current, at anytime overdue amount is on your companies account points or settlement discount is no longer applicable. Ingham Standard Sales Ledger Account Terms of Trade are payment by the 20th of the month following invoice.
- Considered additional discount which can be discontinued at any time, with no prior notice.
- Ingham dealerships are not liable for any outstanding points earned if a franchise discontinues partnership with their location.
- Ingham partners with Smart Trade; however, Ingham does not have any liability or responsibility for the delivery or management of this program.
